Citadel International College required a complete result management platform that could centralise student records, teacher assignments, academic sessions, classes, arms, subjects, score entry, comments, approvals, publication, and printable student results.
What needed to be solved
The solution needed to support multiple academic sessions and terms, class groups and arms, junior and senior grading systems, teacher assignments, result comments, approval workflows, broadsheet generation, Excel import and export, signatures, publication controls, and secure public result checking.

A role-based PHP and MySQL application was developed with secure authentication, student and teacher management, class and subject setup, Excel student import, score entry, automatic total and grade computation, subject position, result approval, publication, broadsheet generation, printable reports, and PIN-based student result access.
